We had the Margherita and the Quattro Formaggi pizzas. I think Rossanos is one of best pizza places in the area. The pizzas are about 12 inches in diameter, so you can order more than one. Currently (Dec 2024), the truck is on the 14th street block of Federal Highway in Delray Beach. Friendly service. The nighttime atmosphere was pretty cool - picnic tables, a live band, and string lights.
100% 5 's. This is the best pizza I have had since moving here 9 years ago. My husband and I decided to try it and take a Margherita home.The crust is flavorful and light and thin. The sauce is perfect . Not greasy at all. I can't believe I waited so long to try this place. Excellent pizza!!
The best pizza you will have, ESPECIALLY from a food truck!!! it's AMAZING i love this place! The other food truck in the lot with them is also great venezuelan food! Two great stops, must try both!
I would like to give them a 4 1/2 star, but since I don't have one, I give them five because of the effort from a truck delivering Neapolitan pizza. It can be difficult finding Neapolitan pizza that is not soggy in the middle. If you want to have a stiffer crust, take the pizza home and reheat it on a stove in a frying pan with a lid. Heat up the lid frying pan for 5 to 10 minutes before, put the pizza in. It will harden the crust and keep the moisture in on top. It's a delicate balance that you don't burn. The pizza should be in the pan around 5 to 10 minutes also Taste is good and they have a happy hour 4 to 5 where Margarita pizzas only $10. It's a hell of a deal for a quality pizza.
Thank you to the previous yelpers reviews for this one! The pizza was amazing, so good, so fresh, so yummy!! The service 5, so amicable and polite as well. The ambiance was perfect, plenty of chairs were to sit, plenty of parking as well.
Wow I cannot believe that this pizza is from a food truck. I finally made it here with my girlfriend who has been raving about their pizza for weeks. She brought me here tonight and I had the San Gennaro pizza. It was delicious. The prosciutto and basil were so fresh. It is located right on Federal highway in Delray Beach next to Popstroke. I will absolutely be back to try the Margherita pizza which is $10 between 4pm to 5pm.
This pizza is so damn good! He makes the dough fresh daily...when it runs out, he's closed for the night. Every ingredient and topping is fresh. He always has a smile and you never wait too long for your pie. Perfect size to share, or eat alone!
